FULFILLMENT POLICY

At Optum Health DBA Red Lion Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for orders, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.




1. Order Processing


All prescriptions are processed after a medical consultation and approval by a licensed provider. Once approved, prescriptions are sent to one of our licensed compounding pharmacy partners for fulfillment.




2. Shipping & Delivery


We offer nationwide shipping via trusted carriers.Typical delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date the prescription is processed.Shipping confirmation and tracking details are sent via email.Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information.




3. Cancellations


If you need to cancel an order, you may be eligible for a full refund

if the prescription has not yet been processed or shipped

All cancellation requests are reviewed by our clinical and administrative teams. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.




4. Returns


Due to federal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed or shipped. For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances

If your order arrives damaged or there was an error with your shipment, please contact us right away. We will assist you on a case-by-case basis.




5. Refund Policy


Once a prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy, it is non-refundable, as medications cannot be revoked or resold.If a prescription has not yet been processed or shipped, you may be eligible for a full refund.For shipping issues (e.g., lost or damaged packages), we will work with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a refund or replacement when appropriate.




6. Chargebacks & Disputes


If a patient initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend future services until the issue is resolved. If the dispute is found valid, we will issue a refund as applicable per this policy.
