At Optum Health DBA Red Lion Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. This Fulfillment Policy outlines our procedures for orders, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
All prescriptions are processed after a medical consultation and approval by a licensed provider. Once approved, prescriptions are sent to one of our licensed compounding pharmacy partners for fulfillment.
If you need to cancel an order, you may be eligible for a full refund
if the prescription has not yet been processed or shipped

All cancellation requests are reviewed by our clinical and administrative teams. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
Due to federal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once they have been dispensed or shipped. For this reason, we do not accept returns under any circumstances

If your order arrives damaged or there was an error with your shipment, please contact us right away. We will assist you on a case-by-case basis.
If a patient initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend future services until the issue is resolved. If the dispute is found valid, we will issue a refund as applicable per this policy.
