Prescription Fees

Once a prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment, it isnon-refundableas medical prescriptions cannot be revoked or resold.

Medication Refunds & Returns

Due to health and safety regulations, wecannot accept returns or issue refundson prescription medications once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy.If there is an error with the prescription (e.g., incorrect medication, dosage, or shipping issue), patients shouldcontact our customer support team immediatelyto resolve the matter with the pharmacy.

Order Cancellations

Before Pharmacy Processing:If an order is canceledbefore the pharmacy processes the prescription, we may issue a refund minus any applicable processing fees.After Pharmacy Processing:Once the pharmacy has begun preparing the medication for shipment, the ordercannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the pharmacy and shipping carrier toresolve the issue promptly.Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a patient initiates a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right tosuspend future servicesuntil the issue is resolved.If the dispute is found to be valid, we will issue a refund as applicable per this policy.
